* By statute, the Assessor can send the Notice of Value as early as January 1st, but no later than March 1st of the prior year. The 60 day appeal deadline commences upon the date of mailing.
** Roll is actually certified the first Monday in December at the County Board of Supervisors monthly meeting.
*** December 15th is the last date a case can be filed in tax court. If administratively appealed, the deadline is 60 days from the printed decision.
